The setup fee of $299 includes the use and the installment with one of our electronic (electronic lockboxes are registered with the board of Realtors) or mechanical lockboxes on the door. (your choice) We also include the use of our metal for sale yard sign. (Condos might be excluded) We do the data entry, description and upload the pictures (you provide ) to the local MLS, nationwide MLS, social media, all the major platforms like Trulia, Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin, Homes.com, Movoto, etc. Your property will also show up on other local real estate company websites in the area like ColdWell Banker, Century 21, RealtyPros, EXP, LPT, Watson Realty , etc.
You get full support from our team 7 days a week and negotiation for the highest and best price for your property. We will take care of the whole transaction from start to finish.
A 1% commission of the purchase price will only be Paid with a successful closing
